Static residential proxies (also sold as ISP proxies) give you a fixed IP registered to a consumer ISP but hosted in a datacenter — residential trust with server-grade speed and uptime.
The provider leases IP ranges from an ISP and announces them from its own infrastructure. WHOIS and IP databases resolve the address to a retail ISP, so reputation checks pass, while the underlying hardware delivers gigabit links and near-100% uptime.
You buy IPs per unit rather than per GB, usually with unlimited bandwidth. Assign one IP per account or per browser profile and keep that mapping stable for months — consistency is exactly what platform risk engines reward.
Ideal for account farming, marketplace seller dashboards, ad accounts, long-running sessions and anything where an IP change looks suspicious. Not suited to wide crawls, where a small fixed set of IPs burns out fast.
