Affiliates need to see the offer page as the end user sees it and to keep network accounts separated. Mobile proxies solve both problems with one rental.
Offer routing depends on geo, device, carrier and sometimes ISP. Testing from the wrong network class produces false negatives on caps, redirects and payout eligibility.
Keep one port per affiliate network account, plus a rotating mobile pool for daily offer QA across geos. Log every check with IP, carrier, time and the landing URL you received so disputes have evidence.
Use mobile for mobile-only offers, carrier-billed flows and any network that has previously flagged your account. Residential is fine for desktop offers and general research.
