Static ISP Proxies

Static ISP proxies are fixed addresses you keep for the whole billing period — no rotation, no session TTL, no surprise IP change halfway through a checkout.

Stability is a trust signal. Platforms that see the same ISP IP every day for months treat the account as an ordinary returning user, which is precisely what rotating pools cannot deliver.

Reserve one IP per identity, record the mapping, and keep the browser profile, timezone and locale consistent with the IP's geolocation. Renew before expiry — lapsed IPs are usually reassigned.

Use static ISP for anything with a login and long life. Use rotating residential for stateless data collection where a fixed address would be rate-limited.
